Design
Our team works together to carefully create the perfect space for you. Starting with design, our in house designer creates floor plans and 3-Dimensional drawings to walk you through your space before it's built. Once the design is finalized, we submit for permit and while we wait for permit, our designer will walk you through the material selections phase.
Through the design phase, we carefully select materials with you, including:
- Countertops
- Custom and semi-custom cabinets
- Lighting - task, accent and ambient lighting
- Flooring
- Backsplash
- Windows
- Doors
- Paint
- Trim such as baseboards and crown molding
- HVAC/Mechanical
- Plumbing
